Visit us from September 18 to 27, 2026, and become a Georgian winemaker for 10 days: Experience firsthand how we produce wine according to Kakhetian tradition, from grape harvest to bottling.

At the end of September, you will become a winemaker in Georgia for 10 days. You will learn how wine has been produced in this region for 8,000 years in underground clay amphorae and get hands-on experience. You will harvest grapes early in the morning in our organic vineyard, help with selection, pressing, and processing. You will bottle and label wine. In between, there will be plenty of enjoyment – with excursions to the most beautiful places in the region, a Georgian cooking class, various wine tastings, and a feast according to Kakhetian tradition.
