Shipping And Payment Terms
1. Delivery Area
We deliver exclusively to addresses in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Shipping to other countries is currently not possible.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping is handled via VinoLog by Swiss Post. Shipping costs are CHF 12.90 for orders of up to 6 bottles and CHF 18.90 for orders of 7–17 bottles, respectively. Orders of 18 bottles or more are shipped free of charge.
3. Delivery and Processing Times
- Processing Time: Your order will be prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days.
- Transit Time: Delivery by the shipping provider usually takes 2–3 business days after handover.
- Total Delivery Time: Your order will generally arrive within 4–6 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
