My Story
During my many travels, I discovered countless places that I truly enjoyed. But when I came to Georgia for the first time in 2012, I instantly fell in love with the country.
Over the following seven years, many more trips to Georgia followed, allowing me to gradually get to know the country, its people, and its culture more deeply.
When I decided at the end of 2019 to move to Georgia for an entire year, I had no idea that it would turn into more than six years – and certainly not that I would become a winemaker.

Vineyard
Healthy Grapes For Good Wine
Outstanding wine can only be made from the finest grapes. And because the healthiest grapes thrive in natural, biodiverse vineyards, we pour a great deal of work and passion into ours.
Our organic vineyard is located in the heart of Kakheti, Eastern Georgia’s premier wine region. Nestled between the foothills of the Greater Caucasus and the Alazani River, it sits far from modern civilization, surrounded by meadows, trees, and other vineyards.
Discover how we cultivate our soil, care for our vines, and let nature do the work for us.
Wine Cellar
Terroir and Vintage in the Glass
In addition to stainless steel tanks, we use 13 Qvevris—traditional clay amphorae buried in the earth – for our wine production.
Our goal is to create wholesome products that express both the specific vintage and the terroir. To achieve this, we rely on spontaneous fermentation using wild yeast strains, filter our wines only through time and patience, and refrain from using any additives whatsoever. We believe in the high aging potential of skin-fermented wines; therefore, we give them the necessary time they need before bottling.
What Does Inavarde Mean?
Inavarde describes the profound feeling of sensing complete freedom in your actions, being as unbound as a bird in flight. It is an invitation to cast off the burdens of the moment and glide with the elegance of a bird catching an updraft.
