Our Wines
For our natural wines, we only use premium grapes from our own organic vineyard in Kakheti. Our wines are handcrafted through spontaneous fermentation and with great passion.
Natural Qvevri Wines
Georgia is considered the oldest wine region in the world. As early as 8,000 years ago, and earlier than in any other culture, people in this region were producing wine. Just like back then, our wines are crafted in Kvevris: clay amphorae buried in the ground, a technology that is part of UNESCO's Intangible Cultural Heritage. On our organic vineyard in Kakheti, winegrower Vano and winemaker Fabio cultivate the indigenous varieties Saperavi, Kisi, Rkatsiteli, and Khikhvi. We do not use any chemicals, we harvest by hand, and we ferment the mash using natural yeast cultures. This is how unique wines are created every year, expressing both the terroir and the vintage.
