He will show you the wine cellar and explain how we produce our natural wines. On our terrace, you will taste our organic wines while Nina treats you to culinary delights. If you want to learn how to prepare Georgian dishes yourself, our cooking class is just the thing for you.

Become A Winemaker For 10 Days
Visit us from September 18 to 27, 2026, in Eniseli and become a winemaker for 10 days: Experience firsthand how we make wine according to Kakhetian tradition, from the grape harvest to bottling.
You will learn how wine has been made here for 8,000 years in underground clay amphorae and lend a hand yourself. You will harvest grapes early in the morning in the vineyard, help with the selection, pressing, and processing. You will bottle wine and label the bottles. In between, there is plenty of time for enjoyment – with excursions to the most beautiful places in the region, a Georgian cooking class, various wine tastings, and a Kakhetian-style feast.
