OUR PHILOSOPHY

Organic vineyard

  • Resilient, endemic grape varieties
  • No use of synthetic pesticides or fungicides
  • No use of herbicides
  • Manual soil cultivation
  • Promotion of biodiversity
  • No measures to increase yield
  • No irrigation

Natural wines

  • 100% hand-harvested grapes
  • Transported in wooden crates
  • Spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts
  • No additives whatsoever
  • No sulfites added
  • No fining
  • Natural filtration

OUR WINES

We produce only what we ourselves love: dry red wines, as well as amber and orange wines, crafted in clay amphoras and stainless steel tanks. Our wines are not sold until at least two years after the harvest.
