Our founder and winemaker Fabio will welcome you personally in his wine cellar in Eniseli. You will learn how wine has been made in underground clay amphorae (Qvevris) in Georgia for thousands of years. And you will taste three organic wines and a pomace brandy accompanied by bread from the village and cheese from the region.
