Be a Winemaker: Your Georgian Wine Adventure

At the end of September, you’ll become a winemaker in Georgia for 10 days. You’ll learn how wine has been made in this region for 8,000 years using underground clay amphorae and get hands-on experience yourself. Early in the morning, you’ll harvest grapes, assist with sorting, pressing, and processing. You’ll bottle and label wine. In between, enjoy the pleasures of the region – with excursions to the most beautiful spots, a Georgian cooking class, various wine tastings, and a feast in Kakhetian tradition.
