Dry red wine from clay amphora

Saperavi dry 2021 Kvevri

This wine was fermented with 100% skin contact according to the ancient Georgian tradition in a Kvevri, a clay amphora buried in the ground. In the Kvevri, it was on the mash for 8 months. The wine has high tannins, a full bouquet and comes with a lot of tannins. It matches well with red meat dishes, pork skewers, and hard cheese.

Rkatsiteli dry 2022 Kvevri

This dry amber wine was fermented with 90% skin contact for 20 days in a Kvevri, the traditional Georgian clay amphora buried in the ground. It is produced from the Rkatsiteli grape variety cultivated in our own organic vineyard in the Kakheti region, Georgia. It pairs well with fish, poultry, and oysters, but also with spicy meat, lentils, and beans.

    Dry red wine from stainless steel barrel

    Saperavi dry 2021

    This dry red wine was fermented with 100% skin contact for 10 days in a stainless steel barrel. Before bottling, it was matured for one year. It is produced from the Saperavi grape variety cultivated in our own organic vineyard within the strictly controlled Kindzmarauli microzone, Kakheti region, Georgia. It matches well with red meat dishes, pork skewers, and hard cheese.

    Saperavi semi-dry 2021

    This semi-dry wine was produced from the Saperavi grape variety cultivated in our own organic vineyard in Kakheti region, Georgia. It was fermented and matured without skin contact in a stainless steel barrel. It matches well with stewed veal, red meat, and spicy Asian dishes.
